South Africa's Zuma appoints new energy minister in cabinet reshuffle

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South African President Jacob Zuma has appointed minister of state security David Mahlobo as energy minister in a cabinet reshuffle, the presidency said on Tuesday.
