Turkey's AKP and opposition party both declare victory in Istanbul

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan's AK Party (AKP) and the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) on Monday both declared they had narrowly won Istanbul's mayoral elections on Sunday.
